Kelly Gibbons

Co-Founder & CEO

Over the past 20 years, Kelly has specialized in creating multinational campaigns and impactful digital and live experiences for brands such as WeTransfer, UN Women, TED and more. She creatively blends culture and innovation to solve critical problems faced by companies today and sits on the Advisory board for the United Nations Human Rights Project, and is a Nexus Global Delegate. Kelly is the driving force behind Main & Rose’s vision, leading the team to generate innovative communication solutions that consistently exceed business objectives. 

Beth Doane

Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer

Beth is a globally recognized branding expert and author named by Inc Magazine as one of the world’s top names in branding. From pioneering digital movements to overseeing creative concepts for multi-million dollar campaigns, she consistently creates ROI-driven results for every client. Beth sits on The Pacific Council on International Policy as well as The Forbes Young Entrepreneurs Council and has spoken on how to build brands that last and the power of design at Google, Harvard, MIT, The United Nations, and the Concordia Summit.

Maya Claire Bacon

Vice President, Accounts

Maya specializes in branding and go to market strategy and has led teams across the top agencies globally on accounts such as Procter & Gamble, Target, NBC Universal, Estee Lauder, Gap, La Mer, Restoration Hardware, and amfAR. At Main & Rose, she expertly holds the reins on even the most complex assignments for her clients ranging from non-profits to billion dollar corporations, and tackles global campaigns, rebrands, brand experience and innovation projects while maintaining these relationships year after year because of her passion and dedication. 

Leslie Billingsley

Head of Client Services

Leslie brings 20 years of success in brand architecture, strategic alliances, and experiential marketing to Main & Rose. Working with clients such as Axios, Boeing, the NFL, the NBA LiveNation, and BlueCross and BlueShield, Leslie uses traditional, digital, and social amplification to create fully integrated strategic platforms. Leslie currently leads the Strategic Client Service discipline where she provides senior oversight for brand strategy and management as well as creative activation, performance measurement, and value assessments.

Ming Ciao

Creative Director

Ming Ciao is a renowned designer and creative strategist and a recipient of the Certificate of Recognition for creative achievement by the United States Congress and U.S. Department of Commerce.  He leads all design for our Main & Rose clientele including some of the world’s leading brands, entertainment icons and professional athletes and oversees creative strategy and creative direction. Throughout his career he has worked with HBO, Intel, Sony, Time Warner and had his own apparel label sold globally. Ming is also a passionate advocate for personal empowerment and a dedicated philanthropist.

Courtney Cannon-Booth

Digital Director

Courtney is a strategist with extensive experience in branding high-profile individuals and companies. Courtney spent the first part of her career leading Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for one of the largest telecom companies in the world. She pioneered the launch of their nationwide digital literacy program and led their United Way campaign and partnerships with nonprofits across the country. She has worked with Unilever, Uber, and Snapchat, and brought together the largest influencers in digital for an (un)conference on Richard Branson’s Necker Island.

Trevor Caesar

Director of Technology

Trevor is an expert solutions architect with more than 18 years experience working for brands like Toyota, Sony, Walt Disney Corporation and The Penny Hoarder which reached status as one of the top 100 websites in the United States. His ability to drive profits and achieve brand exposure is a result of his diverse technical skill set. In addition to providing two start ups with 7 figure investments, helping close a multimillion dollar growth equity funding round, and expanding client revenue into millions per month range he has also overseen global teams and multi-national projects.

Stu Thompson

SVP, Group Creative Director

Stu is known for meticulously crafted, insight-driven solutions that sell. He has spearheaded brand resurrections and award-winning revitalizations for global heavy hitters including Coca-Cola, SC Johnson, KFC, Taco Bell, Jim Beam, Sharpie, Ford Motors and AT&T Wireless, among others.Fluent in all channels from TV to digital, VR to AR, social to experiential, and everything in between, Stu keeps a passion for disruptive constructive ideas as his North star. He also holds firmly to a love of family, great debate, and less-than-smart fish.

Kim Bussing

Senior Copywriter

Kim is an award-winning copywriter and brand strategist for a wide range of Fortune 500 clients including Raytheon, Audi, Hilton and Volkswagen. She has written for the Hollywood Reporter, Vice, and many additional outlets fusing authenticity and creativity with sound messaging strategy for compelling, authentic storytelling. With an MFA in creative writing, Kim also worked as an editor of three lifestyle publications in Australia and is completing her debut novel.

Caroline Ostenfeld

Lead Designer

Known for her award-winning design aesthetic, Caroline produces exceptional branding and communications work with impeccable attention to detail. Her designs have been published in national print publications, as well as for a range of international audiences and her clients include; Google, The New York Times, General Dynamics, Ford Motors and Marks and Spencers in addition to prominent print publications like USA Today. Originally from the UK Caroline received her BA in Art and Design at LaGrange College and when she’s not immersed in pixels or vectors, you can find her on the farm riding her horse.
