Account Director – Brand Strategy

We’re looking for a true Account Director/Brand Strategist hybrid who thrives when bringing new brands to market, refreshing older brands, and creating go-to-market strategies that thrill audiences. As Account Director and Brand Strategist extraordinaire, you’ll lead branding and marketing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate for this role will have 15+ years of experience working on several brands simultaneously at one or more agencies.

You will act as our communications liaison and point of contact between internal creative and client strategy teams and the Client to ensure we are meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations and deadlines. You will manage all project approvals by individuals and in specific departments involved in the project. You will be responsible for establishing all schedules and daily priorities for the creative team and own weekly status updates, ensuring all projects run smoothly and remain on schedule.

Account Manager

We’re currently seeking an Account Manager to lead planning, coordinating, consulting, problem-solving, and branding initiatives for our clients. The right person will have 7+ years of agency experience working with multiple clients across one or more of the following sectors: advertising, media, marketing, branding, PR. Sales Development Coordinator

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion for new business development, exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills and strong critical thinking skills. While sales and business development experience are not required, we are looking for a candidate with honed copywriting skills, an attentive mindset, a passion for organization, and an interest in creating sales presentations or pitches that not only impress but are designed to win from a strategy, design, and copy standpoint.

This position is unique. You will not be pigeon-holed into sales data, cold calling/emailing, or research. We are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset, loves to solve challenges, and is hungry to grow within the department and the company. At the outset of this position, you will be reporting directly to one of our Co-Founders, and assist her in all aspects of acquiring new business from the lead stage to the onboarding process.

Social Media Producer

We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience writing and designing organic content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, & TikTok). The right candidate has a strong interest in social media content development from brainstorming to writing/designing and community management. They stay up to date on all platform trends and content capabilities, such as new IG Story stickers, engagement best practices, and optimal design formats. They understand the difference between tone and branding for personal and business brands and how they differ within each platform. They also feel comfortable managing influencer and partnership outreach via social media (primarily IG) in a professional manner. 

In terms of design, this candidate has experience with Canva and Adobe Spark, and is well-versed with in-app designing/production. A keen eye for color correction and spatial intelligence when editing existing photos is a must. Experience with InShot and simple video editing is preferred, but not essential.

Senior Copywriter (Contract)

We’re calling all wordsmiths, storytellers and big thinkers to join Main & Rose as a Senior Copywriter. The primary responsibility of this job will be working closely with the account and creative teams to deliver bold ideas and stunning content that is as memorable as it is persuasive. You’ll lead creative marketing content output for your clients, translating their stories across all platforms and client touchpoints. Your obsession with discovering the heart of a brand and crafting its narrative will forge long-lasting connections with consumers, capturing the brand’s tangible and intangible features. 

This is a remote contract position with the potential for full-time if it’s a great fit.

  • Develop and consistently apply brand voice, tone and lexicon for each brand, and comfortably vary these characteristics based on the client

Freelance Social Media Designer

The primary focus will be creating design content for social media, contributing to brainstorm sessions and helping achieve client objectives with stellar creative work. In this role, you will closely work alongside the account and creative teams to generate compelling copy that drives results and connection for clients across industries.

Main & Rose is looking for a freelance graphic designer, with an interest in full-time work, who will collaborate closely with our design team to create impressive client-facing and sales deliverables. As a Main & Rose graphic designer, you will be tasked with exploring and designing a broad range of creative assets, including visual identity, website UI, static and animated social media content, digital campaigns, client presentations, and more. You will work in tight collaboration with our Design Director, and other graphic designers, as well as cross-functional team members from the accounts, sales and digital teams. You will contribute to brainstorming sessions and help achieve client objectives with stellar creative work.
