Staying at Oceana is the ultimate luxury hospitality experience — a true escape for even the most discerning guests. Unfortunately, the property’s brand identity, messaging framework and digital strategy were not aligned with the unforgettable level of service and amenities, which failed to secure its target market. Following an in-depth research and analysis phase, Main+Rose forged a refreshed brand personality, brand identity, and messaging structure suited for target guests who frequent top-tier luxury hotels such as Aman and Nobu. Once complete, we overhauled their brand and digital identity to reveal a stunning new aesthetic and user experience for members to enjoy. Now, Oceana has become the first LXR (by Hilton) property in the United States, has been deemed TripAdvisor’s #1 Hotel in Santa Monica and has been accepted into the coveted Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts collection.
